Rules and Regulations
Raw Modern: Sleeves and wraps allowed for squat. Wrist wraps and belt allowed for all lifts.
Raw Classic: Wrist wraps and belt only. Allowed for all lifts.

SQUAT: Lifter must hit depth (hip crease below top of the knee) and show control of weight before receiving the "rack" command for the lift to be ruled good. Use of mono and walk outs allowed. Racks will move only for non walk out attempts. Chains and straps will be hung during all lifts for safety. Any downward movement of the bar after the lifter starts the accent will be ruled a no lift. Elbow sleeves allowed.

BENCH: Lifter must have the bar come to a complete stop on the body before receiving the "press" command. only after the lifter has elbows locked and has shown control of the weight will they receive the "rack" command. Personal lift offs are allowed as long as the person does not block or interfere with the head judges sight of the lift. Any downward movement of the bar after the "press" command will be ruled a no lift. Also if the buttocks leaves the bench at any time during the lift, it will be ruled a no lift.

DEADLIFT: Lifter must use any type of shin protection during the lift. (ie. knee high socks, shin guards, knee sleeves, shin protectors) Lifter can not "hitch" to complete the lift. Lifter must come to a full lock out before receiving the "down" command. Lifter must show control of the weight on the decent. Any dropping or throwing of the bar will be ruled a no lift.
CLOTHING: Lifter must wear a singlet while on the platform. Shoes not required for any attempt. Lifter may not wear multiple undergarments. undershirt required for squat and bench only.

TIME: Lifters will be given 1 minute to start the lift once "the bar is loaded" command is given. There will be 20 minutes between each event for lifters to warm up and prepare for next event.

FAILED LIFT: IN the event of a failed lift, the lifter is allowed to raise the weight for the next attempt. The only time this is not allowed is if the lifter fails the first squat attempt.
